We want you to be aware that all puppy sales through Schnoodle Pups LLC are final unless an exchange is approved considering the one-year health guarantee. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their decision and ask any questions before making a purchase.

At Schnoodle Pups LLC, we understand that purchasing a puppy is a significant decision. We are committed to providing you with a healthy and happy Schnoodle puppy, and we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your choice.

Rare Circumstances for Exchange

In extraordinary, rare, and extreme circumstances, where there is a life-threatening congenital or hereditary issue of the puppy, there may be an option for an exchange. In these kinds of matters, we will work closely with you and your vet to determine eligibility for an exchange.

Timely Qualifying Exchanges

If such an exceptional situation arises, the qualifying exchange will be arranged according to what is written in the contract, considering the one-year health guarantee. We take these matters seriously and will work closely with you and your vet to identify causality. Based on the findings and timeliness we will review and either deny or approve the request for exchange. If approved we are committed to working towards an equitable resolution, through an exchange process.
